Shipping Policy

  1. Orders will be processed and packed upon payment confirmation during business day of Monday to Friday. Order placed by 3.00pm (GMT +8) will be processed within the same business day, order placed after 3.00pm (GMT +8) will be processed within the next business day.

   2. Customer will receive the goods within the estimated delivery timeframe stated in clause 3. Delivery will not be made during public holidays. If the delivery date fall on a public holiday, it will then be delivered on the next business day.

   3. The products will be delivered to the address specified/keyed in by the Customer on the billing & shipping form.

​

   4. We aim to deliver within the time frame indicated below but we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to Customer for any loss, liability, cost, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery.

   5. Please note there may be locations where we are unable to deliver. If this is the case, we shall arrange for order cancellation or seek for an alternate reachable delivery address.

 

   6. Customer requires to write down name, signature, IC, date of receipt and/or company chop as a proof of receipt upon receiving of goods. Goods are considered delivered at the receiving address specified by the Customer regardless whoever receiving the goods.

 

   7. Goods are considered delivered in good and working condition upon signing off by the Customer or Customer’s representative. Any damage caused after which will be under the full responsibility of the customer and this includes Customer or Customer representative’s instruction of leaving the goods outside the premise, pass goods to the neighbour etc.

 

   8. If customer provided a wrong delivery address or contact number that caused parcel to be rejected or returned, Customer will have to bear the recurring shipping cost.

This shipping and delivery policy is applicable to all purchases made with Rainbow Wellness regardless of via online or offline platform.
