Cancellation & Refund Policy
Goods are considered delivered in good and working condition upon signing off by the Customer or Customer’s representative. Any damage caused after which will be under the full responsibility of the customer and this includes Customer or Customer representative’s instruction of leaving the goods outside the premise, pass goods to the neighbour etc.
Goods will remain sealed and packed in good condition during delivery. Do not receive if the seal is broken.
Cancellation or refund is not allowed after payment has been processed or goods have been delivered.
Return may be accepted for manufacturing defects only. Shipping charges for such return will be borne by the Customer.
If the customer provided a wrong delivery address or contact number that caused the parcel to be rejected or returned, the Customer will have to bear the recurring shipping cost.
This shipping and delivery policy is applicable to all purchases made with Rainbow Wellness regardless of via online or offline platform.
